Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges 

We re happy to accept returns for all items that are in the same condition as it was when delivered to you. Items must be unused and left in it's original packaging. 

You have 14 days to request a refund with us starting from the day the item has arrived to you. You can request a refund by sending us an email over to novogloww@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges. Returns must be sent with tracking to prevent lost shipments. Returns without being approved by us first will not be accepted.

Once the return request is completed and we have received your package, we will automatically refund you back onto the original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take 3-4 days for your bank to process and reflect these changes to your account. 

We are unable to accept exchanges, but returning the item and purchasing a new one is a viable option if you would like to do so.

Damages and Wrong Items received

If you find that your item appears to be damage upon inspection of the product or you have received the wrong product, please reach out to us and we will have things made right for you. 

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been made, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please reach out to us if there is a mistake in your mailing address so we can notify our shipping company immediately.
