How to Use: 

1. Prep your body Take a hot steamy bath or shower for at least 10 minutes to soften your skin for the exfoliation process. This step is crucial as soaking your skin properly will soften it, allowing all the dead skin to roll off easily.  *avoid using soap before as the glove relies on friction and soap can interfere with the results* 

2. Exfoliate Turn your shower off or move away from the water and ensure that your skin remains moist, but not too wet. Start rubbing the glove along your body, focusing on a specific area first and apply firm pressure using long strokes up and down to create friction until you begin to see the dead skin roll off your body. 

3. Rinse off Once you are finished exfoliating, rinse your body off and continue with your normal shower routine. Moisturize or apply body oil to properly hydrate the skin and lock in the results. Tip: exfoliate before shaving for a smoother and closer shave 

4. Glove Aftercare Gently hand wash your glove with soap and hang it up to air dry for the next use. To maintain proper hygiene and effectiveness of the glove, replace it every 2-3 months.
